Dr. Vaddiraju is an Associate Professor in the Artie McFerrin Department of Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M University. We conduct advanced research in the fields of nanomaterials, semiconductor processing, and energy systems.

Feb 2026: Jitendra & Ryan published their work on Ultra High Temperature Ceramics
Mar 2026: Krishna defended his thesis on ‘Towards multifunctional nanowire foams as synergistic photocatalysts and nanobubble generators for water remediation.’
Oct 2026: Dharani defended his thesis on ‘Engineering photocatalytic dye degradation using surface-modified TiO2 nanowire pellets.’
